1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CrowAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Service Description

CrowAI provides AI-based image and content generation tools. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

4. User Content and Conduct

Ownership: You retain ownership of the text prompts you input and the content generated by the AI, subject to these Terms.

License: By using the Service, you grant CrowAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Prohibited Actions: You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that:

  • Violates Turkish laws or international regulations.
  • Is sexually explicit (unless using authorized NSFW+ features in compliance with regulations), hateful, violent, or promotes illegal acts.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules without refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid subscriptions and credits are non-refundable, except as required by applicable Turkish consumer protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrowAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
